Abstract
W artykule przedstawiono charakterystykę oraz warunki realizacji zadań wykonywanych przez saperów Polskiego Kontyngentu Wojskowego w Afganistanie. Szczególną uwagę zwrócono na przedsięwzięcia dotyczące rozminowania i oczyszczania terenu. W treści artykułu scharakteryzowano zagrożenia minowe, sposoby oznakowania pól minowych, warunki rozminowania i oczyszczania terenu oraz realizacji prac inżynieryjno-budowlanych.
