Η Ακίνητη Περιουσία των Μονών του Αγίου Όρους<br />

Abstract

Με αφορμή το ζήτημα που προέκυψε πρόσφατα με την μονή Βατοπεδίου, παρατίθεται το νομικό πλαίσιο που αφορά την ακίνητη περιουσία των Μο- νών του Αγίου Όρους. Εξετάζονται επιγραμματικά οι προϋποθέσεις και οι περιορισμοί στην εκποίηση ακινήτων, καθώς και το ζήτημα της θεμελίωσης της κυριότητας επί των ακινήτων των μονών αυτών. Τέλος, γίνονται ορισμένες επισημάνσεις για τις διενεργηθείσες ανταλλαγές μεταξύ του δημοσίου και της μονής Βατοπεδίου.
