Abstract
यह शोध पत्र एक अनुसंधान परियोजना के मूल्यांकन से चयनित निष्कर्ष के लिए है । परियोजना की गतिविधियॅा सशक्तिकरण और समावेशी उद्देश्य के लिये हैं । इसमें ऑनलाइन बातचीत समूहों, कार्यशालाओं और ऑडियो सम्मेलनों को शामिल किया गया हैं । ग्रामीण लोगों को संचार के सशक्तिकरण के लिए रणनीति का सुझाव दिया हैं ।
