Harmonization model for the formation of the state strategy of the automotive industry development

Abstract
Introduction. Automotive industry is the integral and strategically important part of the industry and the national economy, traditionally making a significant contribution to the formation of the gross domestic product, the attraction of investment and the creation of workplaces. Unfortunately, in Ukraine the powerful automotive complex is practically lost. The implementation of the state measures provided by the automotive development programs in Ukraine did not give the desirable socio-economic effects. In such conditions, the need for development of the newest models of the formation of the state strategy for the automotive industry development, in particular, on the principles of the harmonization approach, is updated. Purpose is the development the harmonization model for the formation of the state strategy of the automotive industry development. Results. Developed harmonization model for the formation of the state strategy of the automotive industry development (in contrast to the other models of the state protectionism of the automotive industry) provides for the harmonization of the project of the state strategy of the automotive industry development and the strategy of the automotive enterprises development. The important part of the harmonization model for the formation of the state strategy of the automotive industry development is the unified model of the state regulation of the automotive industry development, which allows the forming the complex of the state measures in the field of automobile industry, taking into account the levels of the competitiveness and the stages of the life cycles of the automotive enterprises. Conclusion. Thus, the prospects of the further research include the development of the methodological recommendations for the harmonization of the state strategy for the automotive industry development (which contains the complex of the measures formed due to the unified model of the state regulation of the automotive industry development) and the strategy of the automotive enterprises development (synthesized from the strategies for the development of the passenger cars construction enterprises, trucks construction enterprises and buses construction enterprises).
