Abstract
With the development of technology in the developing global world, airway transportation is the most important compared to other transportation types. As a result of the importance of the aviation industry, airline operators are in constant contact with suppliers and customers. Airline operators offer their customers a package of services they offer. They need many suppliers to create this service component. The services provided by internal suppliers from each supplier are also very important for airline customers. However, some service components directly affect airline customers, while others indirectly affect airline customers. In this study, it was researched whether airline suppliers were directly or indirectly affected by airline customers as a result of the services they provide to airline operations. It is aimed to create a relational model by showing the supplier, airline management and customer interaction model.
