Health Ethics, Practical Challenges and Mechanism Improvement of Family Doctor Service System

Journal Title: Medicine and Philosophy - Year 2024, Vol 45, Issue 1

Abstract

Humanistic care, the spirit of the contract and resource allocation are the core orientations of health ethics in the family doctor service system. However, there are many practical challenges of health ethics in the practice and operation of the system. The cultivation of the concept of humanistic care requires strengthening the standardization of humanistic education in general practice and the institutionalizing of humanistic education in the practice of family doctors. The development of trust relationships in contracted services should strive to achieve the standardization of family doctor service systems and fully consider the special needs of different populations. Additionally, enhancing the informatization of the family doctor service platform is crucial. The formation of the first diagnosis order in contracted services requires not only the improvement of relevant systems related to the concepts of humanistic care and trust in contracted services but also the adoption of inductive institutional design. This should involve the rational adjustment and allocation of medical and health resources, guiding residents to gradually develop scientific health concepts and orderly medical habits.
