Health-resort phase of ischemic heart disease patients’ physical rehabilitation

Abstract
Research data of ischemic heart disease patients’ functional status during health-resort phase with the usage of complex program of physical rehabilitation which included physical therapy, hydrokinesytherapy, health path, massage, dietary nourishment, laser therapy, dry carbonate baths, physical therapy methods was stated. 50 men aged 50 to 52 took part in the experiment. It was found out that system approach in complex with measured strenuous activity during health-resort phase improves the nearest and distant results of patients’ physical rehabilitation who had myocardial infarction. Due to active rehabilitation course frequency of favourable changes of patients’ adaptation status has increased up to 78 %, indicators of hemodynamics and cardio-vascular system’s functional status with the increasing of tolerance to strenuous activity of patients who had myocardial infarction were improved.
