Healthy Relationships Lead to Better Lives

Abstract
Relationships are - not surprisingly - enormously important for health. The quality of our personal relationships has a substantial impact on our emotional and physical development. Here, the mental health is the most important element of a good relationship. If an individual suffers from depression, anxiety, insecurity or low self-esteem then it affects their social wellbeing. Success of a nation depends upon the quality lives its citizen are having. When individuals have a healthy lifestyle and share healthy relationships, it automatically develops better understanding, better focus, better atmosphere and hence a place worth living in. The present study focuses on the importance of healthy relationships that lead to better lives and ultimately a better nation.
