Heart Smart Diet among Hypertensive Patients

Abstract

Health is the level of functional or metabolic efficiency of a living being. In general, it is a condition of a persons mind and body, usually meaning to be free from illness, injury or pain. Heart Smart Diet looked at the effects of an overall eating plan in adults with normal to high blood pressure. Researchers found that in just eight weeks, people following the Heart Smart Diet saw their blood pressure decrease.
