Heavy vertical lathe equivalent elastic system modeling
Journal Title: Вісник Тернопільського національного технічного університету - Year 2017, Vol 87, Issue 3
Abstract
A technological system model of a heavy duty vertical turning and boring mill is proposed in the article. Structural model of technological system and its components including an assembly tool for heavy duty machinery is examined. A design scheme of the „slide – tool“ system is suggested. A simulation model of the technical system behavior is presented, implemented in Simulink MatLab software environment.

Analytical and applied model of absorption in the seed grain dresser and pelletizer system
The article deals with the model of analytical and applied estimation of complex functional and technological processes of dressing the seed crops both grain and liguminous. Special attention is paid to the pelletizing p...
Electrochemical method of control OF in-service degradation OF the marine portal cranes steels mechanical properties
At the assessment of the technical state of marine port structures it is important not only to detect in-service damages, but also to evaluate current physico-mechanical properties of the long-term operated steels. The p...
Analysis of resonant inverter with parametric maintenance of load power
High-frequency voltage resonant inverters traditionally realize the functions of load voltage or current control and stabilization. But there is a wide application area which needs to stabilize a load power rather then i...
Structure and corrosion resistance of composite materials Cu-Mo-Zr-Y obtained by electron-beam evaporation-condencation
This research studied the structure of composite materials Cu-Mo-Zr-Y obtained by electron-beam method of evaporation-condensation. It was found that the structure is related to the chemical composition of condensate. Wh...
Modelling of mechanical behaviour of shape memory alloys using finite elements method
Superelastic behaviour of Ni-Ti alloy wire under variable amplitude loading was simulated and experimentally studied. Mechanical properties and phase transformation stresses (𝜎𝑀𝑠, 𝜎𝑀𝑓, 𝜎𝐴𝑠, 𝜎𝐴𝑓) of the material were obta...
