Heterogeneity Factor of Personnel in Growth of the Intellectual Capital of Innovation-active Enterprises

Abstract

The structure of the personnel of innovation active engineering enterprises was analyzed on various groups of heterogeneity. Predominance of workers with higher education was found with significant age differentiation and practical experience. It was noted that this causes substantial differences in their motivational preferences, worsening organizational interaction in the process of innovation. Based on the content analysis of the structural elements of intellectual capital through the stages of the life cycle of innovation active enterprises, their impact on the dynamics of the innovation potential was assessed and the author's definition of innovation active enterprises was formulated. Cause and effect kind of dependency between the development of each of the company's intellectual capital element (human, structural and attitudinal) and the ability of enterprises to maintain their innovative activity and a positive economic dynamics were shown. The necessity to introduce activities to improve organizational relationships into the program for staff development was grounded, that will minimize the negative impact of heterogeneity and increase the positive synergy teamwork. It was emphasized that these measures should be preventive in nature to avoid stagnation or decline stage of the enterprise.
