Historical and legal analysis of the formation of waste management in the country of the Ancient World

Abstract
The article presents the historical and legal analysis of the formation of waste legislation for the period of the Ancient World. Draw conclusions about the presence of similar problems and their solutions in different countries. Cited most interesting historical documents and provides historical examples of waste management. A conclusion that the development of waste legislation for the period of the Ancient World is based on the norms public practices well as individual solutions, whose task was to ensure the health of communities, prevention of diseases which are found directly reflected in the culture, lifestyle and architecture.
