HISTORICAL ASPECTS OF APPEARANCE AND DEVELOPMENT OF PUBLIC-PRIVATE PARTNERSHIP IN UKRAINE

Abstract
The article discloses the historical aspects of the emergence of public-private partnership in Ukraine. Historical facts bringing private investment in projects of importance to society are given. It is established,that in XVIII century was the formation of the main provisions, methods of cooperation between the public and private sectors, legal framework partnership. It is determined that in the next century formed the legal and economic forms of relationships and clear customs with certain features that later become the main principle for projects of public-private partnerships. Exposed the state influence on the development of public-private partnerships. It is found that transparent government policy has allowed developing partnership relations between public authorities and private investors and reflected on increasing private investment in projects.
