HISTORICAL STAGES OF THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE DOCTRINE OF LEGAL FACTS IN THE LABOR LAW OF UKRAINE

Abstract
The article is sanctified to research of sources of studies about legal facts as legal category in general, and also becoming and development of studies about legal facts in a labour right in particular. Gradual development of scientific looks is traced about legal facts in a labour right in pre-revolution, soviet and post-soviet periods.
