History of becoming and legal regulation of distribution activity

Abstract
With the purpose of determination of pre-conditions and history of origin of distribution activity the legal acts of different epochs are analysed in the article. Positions some from them ground to suppose that relations similar distribution existed in II millennium to our era. However, most interest relatively distribution as a type of trade activity causes an origin and becoming as a separate public class of the merchants – ХIV–ХV of item. Merchants had a right on realization only of such activity. Also, development of the merchants resulted in differentiation of kinds trade on whole sale and retail. The acquisition of the status of a merchant was regulated by law. The article also examines the issues of becoming a distributor in the past and the present centuries in other countries. On the basis of this analysis, historically developed distribution features are distinguished: a special subject composition, the purchase by wholesale parties of goods for sale in other territorial markets.
