HISTORY OF THE DEVELOPMENT OF LEGAL REGULATION OF ACTUAL MARITAL RELATIONS ON THE TERRITORY OF UKRAINE

Abstract
The article deals with the analysis of the historical development of legal regulation of the institute of actual marriage during different time periods from ancient times to the actual state of the legal framework on the Ukrainian territories. Author conducts the study of main legal acts, forming the legal basis of state regulation of actual marital relations in different historical periods.
