Abstract
This article examines the question of honor, dignity and business reputation which are the objects of legal protection. The consequences of violating constitutional rights. Examines the question as to what the Constitution everyone is guaranteed the right to freedom of thought and speech, free expression of views and beliefs. Every- one is obliged to observe strictly the Constitution and laws of Ukraine, not to encroach on rights and freedoms, honor and dignity of other people. The right to freedom of thought and speech, free expression of views and beliefs goes the responsibility not to spread on the face and false information that defamed its dignity, honor or business reputation. No one may be subjected to interference in his personal and family life, except in cases envisaged by the Constitution. Not allowed collection, storage, use and dissemination of confidential information about a person without his consent, except in cases determined by law and only in interests of national security, economic welfare and human rights. Should ensure a balance between the constitutional right to freedom of thought and expression, the right to free expression of views and beliefs, on the one hand, and the right to respect for human dignity, constitutional guarantees of non-interference in private and family life, judicial protection of the right to refute unreliable information about the person on the other side. Explores practical and theoretical issues associated with the impacts due to the violation of constitutional rights. Analyzes current legislation regulating this issue. The conclusions and specific suggestions made.
