HOUSING DEVELOPMENT IN SYSTEM OF INFRASTRUCTURAL PROVIDING OF RURAL LOCALITY

Abstract
A housing place is reasonable in the system of the infrastructural providing of rural locality. The urgency of the problem of social housing support was proven. for the citizens of Odessa region and Ukraine in general. Interpretation of concept "market infrastructure" is generalized. It is also proved that the state and prospects of housing in rural locality are determined by the combined development such infrastructures as: scientific, productive, innovative, informative, of communication, informative, social, transport, market, marketing. The types of houses for rural residents with different income levels, including social, economy class, business class, elite class were described. The relevant type of area building was suggested.
