Sound Human Resources Management Practices Are Essential For Retaining Effective Professionals In Hospitals. Given The Recruitment And Retention Reality Of Health Workers In The TwentyFirst Century, The Role Of Human Resource Management In Hospitals Should Not Be Underestimated. The Management Of Human Resources In Hospital Sisessential Toenable The Delivery Of Efficient And Effective Medical Services And Toachi Evepatient Satisfaction.
