Abstract
Judicial independence is not absolute or unlimited freedom, but survival is based by juridical norms, professional codes of ethics, and moral norms. Proof of judicial independence is determined by the role of judges in addressing or resolving the matter of law, the other based on his belief, nor because of the influence of the strength that comes from any party. One of judicial institutions that are able to demonstrate survived constitutional court (MK). MK judges in addressing or resolving legal matters petitioned MK based on the belief, that belief is also not free from obyektifitas tools evaluated evidence the truth.
