Hubungan usia pasien muslim dengan harapan mendapatkan bimbingan spiritual islam

Abstract
Perawat mempunyai kesempatan paling besar untuk memberikan pelayanan kesehatan yang komprehensif termasuk kebutuhan spiritual. Kenyataannya perawat kurang memperhatikan aspek spiri- tual pasien. Tujuan penelirtian ini adalah untuk menjelaskan hubungan antara usia pasien muslim dengan harapan mendapatkan bimbingan spiritual islam. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian cross sec- tional dengan populasi pasien yang dirawat di instakasi rawat inap RSUD Ngudi Waluyo Wlingi. Sampel penelitian dipilih menggunakan teknik accidental sampling sampai diperoleh 35 responden. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan wilcoxon sign rank test dengan tingkat signifikansi alpha<0,005. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan tidak ada hubungan antara usia pasien muslim dengan harapan mendapatkan bimbingan spiritual Islam di Instalasi Rawat Inap RSUD Ngudi Waluyo Wlingi dengan nilai Rho 0,4 dan jumlah responden yang mengharapkan bimbingan spiritual sebanyak 82% , sehingga disarankan sebaiknya walaupun RSUD Ngudi Waluyo Wlingi merupakan rumah sakit pemerintah, namun perlu dikembangkan bimbingan rohani Islam.
