HUMAN CAPITAL EFFICIENT MANAGEMENT AS A DEFINING FACTOR OF ENTERPRISES ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT

Abstract
In the article features of management by the human capital at the enterprise in the conditions of transition to innovative economy are considered. Human capital is the basis for the development of the enterprise, increasing its economic efficiency is proved. The time and money spent on raising the educational and professional qualification level of the personnel is an investment in the main source of profit of the enterprise are determined.
