HUMAN-PERSONALITY AS A SUBJECT OF PROTECTION OF LAW

Abstract
The article deals with the problem of formation of a human – a person as a subject of protection of law. It is emphasized on differences of understanding of a person as a subject of law in various legal doctrines. It is shown that, in addition to the state, the human-personality creates the law and is his protector.
