Hygienic Characteristics and Diagnostics of Life Activities of Medical Students

Abstract
The article deals with the questions concerning hygie-nic characteristics of the lifestyle and quality of life of medical students. Quality of life — a complex, multidimensional concept that includes the individual’s perception of his physical and psychological state, level of independence, relationships with people, and personal beliefs. Quality of life is seen in the unity of the psychosomatic state of the individual and his social status; typical things are the presence of a good psychological climate with a large number of persons in a state of psychological comfort, fulfillment of requirements of a rational daily regimen, the qualitative and quantitative adequacy of the diet, personal hygiene habits, including the implementation of the rules for a healthy lifestyle. Medical students with a high level of personal development seek to know themselves. An epidemiological survey revealed high levels of chronic pathology and infectious diseases.
