Journal Title: INCAS BULLETIN - Year 2012, Vol 4, Issue 1
Abstract
The program IAR 99 SOIM was start in 1991 as an integral Romanian program for aviation in witch the specialists from Institutul National de Cercetare-Dezvoltare Aerospatiala “Elie Carafoli” INCAS developed a trainer aircraft realized at the best aeronautical level; the airplane being used for the training of the Romanian pilots. This development team was established according to the trends and the development directions identified and stated by the official European documents of E.C-ACARE and EREA.

Control of uncertain systems by feedback linearization with neural networks augmentation. Part I. Controller design
The paper highlights the main steps of adaptive output feedback control for non-affine uncertain systems – both in parameters and dynamics – having a known relative degree. Given a reference model, the objective is to de...
SIMULAND - A CODE TO ANALYZE DYNAMIC EFFECTS DURING LANDING
The landing gear of an aircraft is part of the aircraft structure. It is the most critical part of the flight mission and also the component that will likely cause the most problems in the aircraft design. The landing ge...
Numerical illustration of the global and local stability and instability of the constant spatially developing 2D gas flow
In this paper different types of stabilities (global, local) with respect to instantaneous perturbations and permanent source produced time harmonic perturbations are numerically illustrated in case of a constant spatial...
Rotordynamic Analysis of Textured Annular Seals With Multiphase (Bubbly) Flow
For some applications it must be considered that the flow in the annular seal contains a mixture of liquid and gas. The multiphase character of the flow is described by the volume fraction of gas (usually air) contained...
Aerodynamic Analysis of UAVs. MFD Nimbus
The robotic airborne systems have undergone a rapid development due to information requirements with data from areas of interest and technological miniaturization. Although these aerial systems have high capabilities, th...
