Identification and classification effective interorganization factors on attracting financial sources with multi-criteria decision making approach

Abstract
This study investigates effective inter-organization factors on attracting financial sources in four private banks. In today’s competitive environment, inter-organization factors are considered as weak or strong points of the organizations having different indices like human source, management and etc. which should be considered all by managers. The purpose of this study is to present a structured pattern to identify inter-organization factors based on BSC in the banks using multi-criteria decision making (MCDM). To determine the relation between effective inter organization indices on attraction of financial sources, analysis hierarchy process was used. the banks were classified using the gained weights of AHP and the data collected by questionnaire using TOPSIS technique. Based on the results Mehr bank, Eqtesad bank, Sarmayeh bank, City bank and Iranzamin bank placed in the first to the fourth classify.
