IDENTIFICATION OF MAIN LITHOTYPES OF ROCKS IN DEPOSITS OF VIKULOV SUITE
Journal Title: Periódico Tchê Química - Year 2018, Vol 15, Issue 0
Abstract
The article explores the significant resource potential of the Vikulov suite. The results of the application of various methods of processing and interpretation of granulometric analysis materials are summarized: the generalized diagnostics of the sedimentation situation according to G. Fühtbauer and K. Müller, the evaluation of the genesis of the deposits by the sorting ratio and the asymmetry features (K. Bjerlkeke diagram), the identification of sedimentation conditions by the correspondence of asymmetry and kurtosis (dynamogenetic diagram of G.F. Rozhkov), establishing the method of transport of detrital particles in an aquatic environment (R. Passage's genetic diagram). A detailed analysis of the sediments made it possible to identify four main rock lithotypes within the upper reservoir of VS 1, located at the boundary of a sharp change in paleofacial environments, some of which are associated with oil and gas potential in the West Siberian sedimentary-rock basin.
PHOTOTHERMAL TECHNIQUE FOR MEASURING THERMAL CONDUCTIVITY AND DIFFUSIVITY OF NANOFLUIDS A NEW APPROACH
Nanofluids have become nowadays of special importance because of their different uses in industry, therefore, to propose methods to calculate their thermal properties would be useful. In this work, a new variant for the...
FEATURES OF CONSTRUCTING A THREE-DIMENSIONAL GEOLOGICAL MODEL IN THE CASE OF STRONG LITHOLOGIC-FACIES VARIABILITY IN DEPOSIT LAYERS
The article deals with the construction of a three-dimensional geological model of deposit layers. A digital three-dimensional geological model of productive deposit layers was built in the "IRAP RMS" software package ve...
FEATURES OF CRACKING OF SAMPLES FROM TITANIUM AND IRON-CHROMIUM-NICKEL ALLOYS
Titanium nickelide is similar to titanium alloys by its chemical properties, since its interaction with other substances, in particular its corrosion properties, determines titanium dioxide formed on the metal surface. T...
REDUCTION OF THE ACTUAL MODULUS OF ELASTICITY TO THE DESIGN TEMPERATURE
Reduction of the actual modulus of elasticity of road pavement to the design temperature is a rather labor intensive task. Besides, it depends on the weather and climatic conditions. Here we present the result of general...
DEVELOPMENT AND VALIDATION OF A SPECTROPHOTOMETRIC METHOD TO EVALUATE BIOSAFETY CAPACITY OF BARU (Dipteryx alata) PEELS
This study developed a new analytical method using Molecular Absorption Spectroscopy (MAS) to track the ion cover in adsorption solution per peel (mesocarp) of Baru (Dipteryx alata). The adsorption study was conducted at...
