IDENTIFICATION OF THE FACTORS THAT SHAPES ON THE ORGANIZATIONAL CULTURE OF PUBLIC UNIVERSITIES FOR EXAMPLE NDU AND ASE

Abstract
The article presents the author's reflections on the identification of factors that shape on the organizational culture of public universities. The author has made a careful comparative analysis of the factors which influence the organizational culture of two public universities. I described two universities, the oldest university of the pedagogy - Academy of Special Education and the oldest military academy - National Defence University. The essential contents are related to the comparison of these universities in terms of accepted criteria as having a significant impact on the organizational culture.
