Journal Title: Journal of Clinical and Diagnostic Research - Year 2018, Vol 12, Issue 1

Abstract

ABSTRACT Unilateral idiopathic gynaecomastia of prepurtal age is a rare presentation. Complete evaluation of unilateral gynaecomastia should be done to identify etiology. We managed a case of unilateral gynaecomastia in a 10-year-old male child by surgical excision without any post-operative complications.
