Abstract

Economic estimates were based on an annual cost of $ 124,320 is the equivalent of the electricity consumption in air conditioners that can be used to optimize the energy-based techniques such as thermal Integration (Integration of energy), these costs reduced and capital and energy loss can be prevented. Firstly, according to Pinch technology, a scenario for using available resources in the process of defining the scenario was simulated by commercial software Aspen Hysys. According to the results of the simulation, if the scenario proposed in addition to the removal of the air conditioner, all operating costs of the equipment will be deducted from the unit. The estimated economic cost of the investment proposal and it was determined that the amount of 163,458 dollars a year is the return on investment in this way.
