IMAGE COMPRESSION FOR DIFFERENT BLOCK PIXELALGORITHM FOR RANDOM IMAGE
Journal Title: International Journal of engineering Research and Applications - Year 2018, Vol 8, Issue 6
Abstract
This paper aims to proposed multi-level block truncation code (BTC) based image compression of continuous tone still image to achieve low bit rate and high quality. The algorithm has been proposed by combining bit map and quantization. The algorithms are proposed based on the assumption that the computing power is not the limiting factor. The parameters considered for evaluating the performance of the proposed methods are compression ratio and subjective quality of the reconstructed images. The performance of proposed algorithm including color image compression, progressive image transmission is quite good. The effectiveness of the proposed schemes is established by comparing the performance with that of the existing methods.

Skolem Mean Labeling Of Four Star Graphs K1,a K1,a K1,a K1,b where a1 a2 a3 3 b a1 a2 a3 2
A graph G = (V, E) with p vertices and q edges is said to be a skolem mean graph if there exists a function f from the vertex set of G to {1, 2, . . . , p} such that the induced map f* from the edge set of G to {2, 3, ....
