Journal Title: Acta Economica - Year 2009, Vol 7, Issue 10
Abstract
Deregulation of financial markets is long term process. The role of traditional financial instruments is lower during the time. Financial inovations was very popular in last a few decades and many investors took a risk buying or selling risky financial assets on the stock markets all around the world. Product of this transfers are new securities and new bussines with higher rates of return, and with bigger expectations of investors. That situation is very good ground for financial crisis and unstability in modern financial sistems.
