Impact of growth of tariffs on housing and communal services on the dynamics of macroindicators in Ukraine

Abstract
The subject of the study is the impact of changes in tariffs on housing and communal services on the level of inflation and the dynamics of macroindicators in Ukraine. The purpose of writing the article is the use of economic-mathematical methods to carry out author's research on the impact of changes in prices/tariffs on housing and communal services and services on electricity and natural gas supply to the overall macroeconomic dynamics in Ukraine. Methodology of the work the position of economic theory and theory of system analysis, economic and mathematical methods. On the basis of the system analysis economic indicators were identified, the dynamics of which is most influenced by changes in tariffs for housing and communal services; with the help of economic and mathematical methods, a quantitative estimate of such influence was made. The results of the work is quantitative assessment of the impact of tariffs on housing and communal services and services on electricity and natural gas supply on the consumer price index and real dynamics of GDP and final consumption of households has been carried out, the high level of such influence has been proved. Reasonable for reforming of housing and communal services is the existence of such phenomena as insufficient level of provision of accounting and regulation devices and the wide scale of the use of subsidies. Conclusions the growth of tariffs for housing and communal services and electricity and natural gas supply has a significant negative impact on the deployment of inflationary processes in the Ukrainian economy, limits the real final consumption of households, and restricts the growth of real GDP. Negative consequences of growth of the indicated tariffs are high level of debt of the population for consumed services, wide population coverage by subsidies, impoverishment of the middle class.
