Impact of selected growth regulators on yielding of soybean (Glycine max L. Merr) in control requirements of substrate moisture

Abstract
The effect of growth regulators (indolilo-3-butyric acid, IBA, and 6-benzylaminopurine, BAP) on gas exchange parameters of soybean was examined in two-year pot experiment. Two-factor experiment was set up as randomised complete block design in six replications. The first factor was soybean cultivar (Aldana, Progres, Jutro), whereas growth regulator (indolilo-3-butyric, 6-benzylaminopurine and their mixture) was the second one. During plant vegetation, spraying with growth regulator in a concentration of 30 mg·dm-3 was made twice.In 2007 the yield of cultivar Progres sprayed with indolilo-3-butyric acid and 6-benzylaminopurine was significantly the highest and in the next year (2008) the yield of cultivar Aldana sprayed with indolilo-3-butyric acid yield was the highest. In the study, a significant effect of growth regulators on the yield of soybean was found.
