Impact of the Reverse Hill-Sachs Lesion in the Management of Posterior

Abstract

Abstract: The posteriorshoulder dislocation is a rare entity and the diagnosisisoftenlate. The age of the dislocation and the importance of the défect huméral are crucial factorswhichdetermine the possibility of trying an orthopaedicreduction. Between 2012 and 2016, 09 patients presentingaposteriorshoulder dislocation weretakentreated in ourhospital. The standard radiographyallowed to make the diagnosis of the posteriorshoulder dislocation and to objectify in only 3 cases the McLaughlin lesionwithoutbeing able to specify the size of this one. While the systematicrealization of a tomographyallowed to diagnose the défect huméral at all the patients whilespecifyingits size.
