IMPLEMENTATION AND DEVELOPMENT OF THE PRINCIPLES OF LEGAL IDEOLOGY IN THE LEGAL SYSTEM OF ENGLAND

Abstract
In the article the features of the embodiment of legal ideology in legislative acts and legal practice of England are investigated. This study was conducted within the four stages of the development of the English legal system. Based on the results of the research, the author substantiated the influence of England's legal ideology on the further development of the legal ideology of the Anglo-American legal family.
