IMPLEMENTATION MANAGEMENT PEDAGOGICAL INNOVATIONS IN SECONDARY SCHOOLS INCLUSIVE TYPE

Abstract
In the article the essence of the concept of «children with disabilities», justified the process of implementing pedagogical innovations in secondary schools of inclusive type disclosed the performance of organizational change, described the innovation process in educational institutions of inclusive type. It is proved that the main purpose of organizational changes tend to create conditions for the development of inclusive practices in each educational institution. Scientists and practical workers say that the complexity of managing pedagogical innovations in schools of inclusive type is associated primarily with the impossibility of implementing a unified / universal model. Each model of managing pedagogical innovation in schools of inclusive type can be considered unique, some models can be adapted, but never exactly repeat. Determined that the efficiency of pedagogical innovations in secondary schools inclusive type depends on the willingness of education to innovative search, formation of appropriate environment (presence of regulatory, scientific, methodological and organizational conditions) and the ability to implement them. The course of the innovation process is determined by a complex interaction of internal and external factors. Success in this way depends on the mechanism that integrates into a single stream of leaks of scientific idea, its design, implementation results, implementation, dissemination and consumption education. Mechanisms of management innovation in inclusive educational institutions are: political; organizational and legal; financial and economic; social and cultural; ethical; informational and others.
