IMPLEMENTATION METHODS AND MECHANISMS OF IMPLEMENTATION OF INTERNATIONAL LAW

Abstract
The article is devoted to the actual problems of implementation methods and mechanisms of international law into national law. In particular, the specific features of the application of certain methods and mechanisms for implementing the norms of international humanitarian law in the domestic law of the country, the need for normative fixing of the norms of legal regulation in the system of international and national law, as well as their practical implementation at the time of active integration of legal spheres and economic interests of states.
