IMPLEMENTATION OF AGREEMENTS FOR EARTH RENTALS AT TIME COMPLETING THE PERIOD OF ITS ACTION: PROBLEM QUESTIONS

Abstract
This article examines the issues related to the consequences of the expiry of the land lease. Defines the rules for proper behavior of participants of relations to renew the contract. It made the essential distinction between the two ways of up- dating the agreement – the prerogative Arendar on this result and the tacit consent of the lessor with the site after the end of the contract. Installed temporal factors counterparty acts in these situations. It provided a critical assessment of the cur- rent enforcement practices in the study area. Propose modifications to the existing legislation.
