IMPLEMENTATION OF DERIVATIVES IN THE ACTIVITY OF COMPANIES WITH RESTRICTED RESPONSIBILITY IN THE CONTEXT OF THE INVESTIGATION OF REGULATION OF CORPORATE CONFLICTS

Abstract
The article investigates the legal basis for the introduction of derivatives into the activity of limited liability companies. The analysis is conducted within the framework of the study of legal regulation of corporate conflicts. Conclusions are made on the necessity of taking into account the peculiarities of the legal regulation of the activity of limited liability companies, when introducing derivatives into economic activity. The definition of an option agreement, futures and forward contracts, a swap in the context of their application in the economic activities of limited liability companies is given.
