Implementation of entrepreneurial potential of enterprises in the international market in the current conditions of globalization and integration

Abstract
Annotation. The purpose of the publication is to synthesize modern factors of influence on the enterprises entrepreneurial potential and to substantiate the instruments for managing its implementation in the conditions of globalization and integration. Methodology of research. The objectives of the article implemented by using the following methods: analysis and synthesis, systematization and generalization, dialectical approach. Findings. The results of research of market tendencies of globalization and integration and their influence on the possibility of formation and realization of entrepreneurial potential of industrial enterprises are generalized. It was stated that the international integration process is complementary and coordinated. Thus, under the influence of foreign competitors, enterprise management is implementing measures to improve its production potential, allowing access to the international market. In addition, international integration contributes to the formation of an effective market strategy of the enterprise. Practical value. The model of formation of entrepreneurial potential in the conditions of globalization and international integration is constructed. It is concluded that the current stage of economic development requires new approaches to understanding the effective functioning and management of entrepreneurial potential, and further development of the industrial sector involves the establishment of stable partnerships both between Ukrainian enterprises and foreign partners regarding the international innovation, scientific and technical cooperation and provision of prerequisites for the development of entrepreneurial potential.
