Implementation of international safety rules on radioactive waste management in national law of Kyrgyz Republic

Abstract
The article provides an overview of the implementation of the requirements of the Joint Convention on the Safety of Spent Fuel Management and on the Safety of Radioactive Waste Management of September 5, 1997 in the national criminal and administrative law of the Kyrgyz Republic.
