Implementation of Literary theory “Existentialism”: ‘Tughlaq’ of Girish Karnad

Abstract
"Tughlaq" is 2nd drama of Girish Karnad in Kannada language. It is translated into many Indian and western languages. It is translated in Bengali/ Bangla language. This is very important to the world of drama to accept as a acted into Theater and Stages. This is post-independence translated drama in Bangla. This drama is influenced the the philosophical theory of Existentialism. The historical character 'Tughlaq' is more modern than historical. The dramatist have so capabilities that he draw his modern ideas into historical event and historical environment. Using the theory of Existentialism he is able to do this type of courageous activity. For this reason, this drama is accepted into many hearer of languages of Indian as well as Western. In Bengali, firstly, this drama is translated and acted by "Baharupi" organization. The importance of this research lies into that 'main reasons of acceptance and objectives' of many language hearer.
