Implementation of quality standards of public services provided by local government organs

Abstract
The main criteria for providing public services by local self-government bodies are outlined. The standardization of provision of public services to local self-government bodies is proposed by division into three categories. The main public services that can be provided by local self-government bodies are summarized. The standards of quality of public services, which should include certain procedures and procedures for the provision of services, are emphasized. In the course of the study, we propose a list of directions on the basis of which it is possible to develop new standards of public services. On the basis of the foregoing, the scheme of introduction of the quality of services provided by local governments is indicated. A conclusion is made regarding the standards of public service provision concerning the territorial community, which need further improvement, as a result of constant changes, in relation to inquiries in the community.
