Abstract
Implementation of the constitutional function of supervising the prosecutor in observance of laws when applying to juvenile measures of influence for administrative offenses. The article deals with the legislative changes in the implementation of prosecutor supervision over the observance of the rights of minors in the application of measures of influence for administrative offenses, which are already in force or due to come into force on July 15, 2015 in connection with the adoption of the new Law of Ukraine «On Prosecutor’s Office» on October 14, 2014.
