Implementation of the dual system in preparing future masters of restaurant maintenance

Abstract

In the article we considered the main aspects of organization of the professional training of future masters of restaurant service. We did it with the help of using elements of the dual system of education. It meets the requirement of modern society. We have conducted the theoretical analysis of psychological, pedagogical and methodical literature concerning effectiveness of using elements of the dual system in the educational process. The main task and a number of advantages of the introduction of the dual form of training at the higher vocational school have been described. It was substantiated that the preparation of the future masters of restaurant services will be effective provided the elements of the dual system of education.
