Implementation of the national anti-corruption policy in the process of transformation of the public administration system: the organizational aspect

Abstract
The article is devoted to the study of modern problems of rationalization of the national anti-corruption policy in the conditions of transformation of the public administration system. Changes in the organizational and legal foundations of the functioning of the public administration system are analyzed. On this basis, the directions for the implementation of the national anti-corruption policy in modern conditions have been determined. The content of the modern transformational paradigm of public administration is substantiated, within the framework of which anti-corruption policy is the basic component of the modernization of the institutions of power.
