IMPLEMENTING THE JUSTICE OF JUVENILE IN ROMANO-GERMAN COUNTRIES AND ANGLO-AMERICAN TYPES OF LEGAL SYSTEMS

Abstract
The article considers features of criminal justice for juveniles in foreign countries. Author examines attitude of the state to protect juveniles in Romano-Germanic and Anglo-American legal systems. The article explains the main characteristics of legal regulation of juvenile justice and the establishment of juvenile courts in France, Germany, Great Britain and the United States of America.
