IMPLEMENTING THE QUALIMETRIC APPROACH DURING THE PEDAGOGICAL PRACTICE OF FUTURE PRIMARY SCHOOL TEACHERS

Abstract

The article deals with the implementation of the qualimetric approach during the pedagogical practice. The authors of the article think that the application of such an approach during the professional training does not only enable future teachers of the elementary school to meet the requirements of a modern New Ukrainian School, but also create conditions for mastering new information, new pedagogical technologies of teaching, and productively implement them to achieve much success in their pedagogical activity. It is noted that during the evaluation of the criteria of the quality of teaching practice, the methodologists can use observation, interviews, analysis of the results of the conducted lessons, analysis of the results of the students’ activity, feedback from teachers, parents, administration, etc. Such an information system is constantly replenished and can be adjusted at the same time during the pedagogical practice. The authors are convinced that the use of the qualimetric approach does not only objectively evaluate the pedagogical practice of students, its effectiveness, but also carries out a thorough analysis of the educational process in school. The paper states that the problems of qualimetric education are much wider problems of pedagogical qualimetry, which has recently developed under the influence of Ukrainian higher education reforming. The use of innovative technologies and the student’s personal and individual view, the introduction of new practical discoveries into their own pedagogical experience, is a constructive strategy; students’ practical activity is focused on finding optimal forms, methods and techniques for interaction with younger students, aimed at improving the practical and methodological levels that are set to achieve a higher level of professional skills.
