Improvement and development of special training process in academic rowing

Abstract
The article discusses such concepts as rowing, special endurance; Factors that determine the level of special performance of an academic rower have been identified. The search for new methods for developing strength endurance as the main physical quality of an academic rower is considered and analyzed.
